Backup Agreement

Hosting and Reseller Service 
With hosting, we take automatic server backups every 3 days in our reseller services. However, these backups are the backups taken for possible system failures. Customers are absolutely obliged to take their own backups, our company can share the backups with customers on an initiative based on good faith.

In case of problems that may arise from hardware or software on hosting, reseller and seo reseller servers, the service owner is responsible for his own backup. Our company is never responsible.

Backups are valid for sites that have not exceeded 2 GB. since sites over 2 gb will be outside the scope of backup, our company can never be held responsible for problems that may occur on these sites. The customer is obliged to take his own backup.

Virtual Server Service
Considering the backup system costs on vds and vps servers, no backup is taken by our company. However, in the configuration requests of our customers related to backup, the necessary assistance is provided by our support team in terms of customer satisfaction. Although the configuration of the backup is done by our company, the control of the operability of the backups should definitely be done by the customer. Our company does not accept responsibility for a possible problem.

The backup service fee is provided as an additional corresponding service. Oct. If backup service is not selected during the order, the responsibility belongs to the customer. Our company does not accept responsibility in any way, the customer can choose 2 types of backup on vds and vps servers during the order.

Image backup: the server is backed up as an image on the dates selected by the customer. These reserves are taken weekly or monthly and stored on behalf of the customer. These backups are not account-based backups, but server complete backups. However, there is no guarantee for the backups received. Our company is not responsible for any possible problem in image backup.

Account-based backup: With account-based backup, the customer vds server is added to our backup server and the backup settings are adjusted on the whm panel on a 3-day or weekly basis. Since this backup is account-based, the customer will be able to request a backup of any site at any time. However, our company is not responsible for a possible backup problem.

For the control of backups, our customers are provided with the hosting panel information that has been backed up. Our customers are strictly obliged to check their backups. Our company is not responsible for a possible problem, even if the backup system is configured by our team, the control and operability of backups belong to the user.

Physical Server Service
There are absolutely no paid or free backups on rented or hosted physical servers, and all backup responsibility belongs to the user who rents or hosts the server, our company absolutely does not accept responsibility in any possible case.

Paid Backup Service
The reserves received by paying the fee are selected on a 3 - 7 day basis during the order. These backups are stored on our company's backup servers on behalf of our customers. In case of a possible failure, our customers can request their backups, the customer who receives backup services can request a refund from backups a maximum of 10 times within 1 month, our company is not responsible if the backups are corrupted or the site is backed up at a corrupted time, since the backups received are taken as a full backup on a server basis.
Accounts whose pay period has passed 7 days are deleted from the servers. For this reason, customers cannot request a backup at the end of the service period, as the paid period will be deleted from the servers, including the received backups of deleted accounts. For this reason, our company cannot be held absolutely responsible in a possible case of insanity.
