Websoft Information Technologies - Service Agreement
Websoft information technologies has the right to unilaterally update and change this agreement at any time without prior notice.

1. ORDER AND SERVICE DELIVERY
   After the order you have placed has passed the fraud control and after your payment has been paid, your account will be set up and your information will be sent to you. For payments made by credit card and mobile, domain name, web hosting and reseller hosting accounts are automatically set up and the information is delivered to you. If you make payments to our bank and postal check accounts by sending a fee by wire transfer or EFT, the installation time is min. 2 hours, max. it is set for 48 hours. For rental server services, make sure that you have an inventory control and the installation time is min after the appropriate inventory is found. 2 hours, max. between Dec. 48 hours.

It is your responsibility to provide a trouble-free e-mail address that you actively use during the order. In case of any illegal behavior or in cases where we need to contact you, the e-mail address you provided will be used. It is your responsibility to keep your e-mail address updated and checked constantly, all e-mails sent to you are considered to have reached you. Websoft information technologies has no legal or criminal liability for any damages and losses that may occur if the e-mails sent to you are not received or are not read by you.

All information on the form you fill out during the order or when registering on our site must be accurate and complete. For orders cancelled due to incorrect information provided, Websoft information technologies has the right not to refund fees or partially to do so.

Websoft information technologies may request a photocopy of a credit card / scanned image or a photocopy of an ID / scanned image for security purposes if it deems it necessary. If you do not provide them, your order may be canceled and treated as a fake, or the service / services you have received may be stopped. For accounts that have been stopped due to fraud, Websoft information technologies has the right not to refund fees or partially to do so.

The conditions of all services provided by Websoft information technologies are regulated in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey.

You cannot assume any legal responsibility of Websoft information technologies by using the services provided by Websoft information technologies, all legal responsibility for every action you take using the services provided to you belongs to you.

It is forbidden to violate any copyright or registration rights by using our Services. These include unauthorized music, books, photos, or other copyrighted materials. In addition, according to the laws, pornographic/erotic content and content that can be used for hacking cannot be hosted. Selling in violation of copyright/registration rights and/or hosting pornographic/erotic content will result in the termination of the service/services you have received as soon as possible.

In case of encountering content that is contrary to copyright/registration rights and/or can be used for hacking, this content will be deleted or access to the content will be blocked. If repeated, the service may be suspended/terminated.

If you think that this type of content is hosted using the services offered by Websoft information technologies, info@Websoft.Com.Tr you can file a complaint by sending an e-mail to his address. Websoft information technologies may request more information/documents/documents from you regarding your complaint.

Downloading infected content that may damage Websoft information technologies servers and content such as shell scripts may lead to the complete termination of your account without a refund. The obligation to cover all material/moral damages caused to Websoft information technologies and/or other users by these means belongs to you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the security of your account.

Websoft information technologies has the right to request from you the modification of any website, database, account or any other material/service.

3. MAIL AND SPAM BAN
Websoft information technologies does not show any tolerance against unsolicited e-mail sending, bulk e-mail sending and spam e-mails. If you do not comply with this, the service/services you have received will be terminated with/without notice. All services that cause our ip block to be included in e-mail blacklists will be terminated without notice.

Websoft information technologies has the right to charge the necessary fee for correcting this situation from the person who caused it, in case the ip block enters the e-mail blacklists. This fee is independent of Websoft information technologies and will be used to clear the ip block from e-mail blacklists. By purchasing services from us, you agree that in such cases, you will pay the necessary fee within the requested period without objection.

There is no guarantee that the emails sent/sent by the mail service offered in hosting and reseller services, which are hosted on a shared server, will fall directly into the inbox or that the sent emails will be forwarded.

4. payment
As long as you receive services from Websoft information technologies, you agree to pay the price of the service you receive to Websoft information technologies. Unless you cancel the service you have received, the service will continue to be renewed and an invoice will be created for the service you will receive. If you do not want to continue receiving the service, you must indicate that you want to cancel at least 15 days in advance, so that your service will be canceled at the end of the day or after the period you have paid for, according to your request.

Cancellation of the service must be made from your customer panel. The cancellation page contains the necessary options for canceling the service as soon as possible or when it expires.

Paid paid invoices As long as you receive services from Websoft information technologies, you are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up-to-date and that you pay your invoices on time. Paid payable on time, Websoft information technologies will give an additional 6 days for payment of the invoice for web hosting and reseller hosting accounts, and at the end of this period your service will be suspended. October 20, 2018. If it is 30 days after the last pay date, the service you received will be terminated, site backups cannot be accessed in any way after the termination of the service, and all data in the hosting is irrevocably deleted.

Pays paid in domain name, vds and rental server services, if payment is not made on the last payment day, your accounts will be terminated immediately. Websoft information technologies cannot be held responsible in any way for material/moral damages that may arise in this regard and data losses that may occur.

Any accidental and/or intentional overpayments are added to your account as a credit and no refund is paid for any reason. You can use this added credit for the next services you will receive from Websoft information technologies.

Websoft information technologies reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time without notice.

5. BACKUP AND DATA LOSS
You are responsible for all your data while using our Services. Websoft information technologies offers the backup service for your convenience, it does not make any guarantees about backups. Websoft information technologies cannot be held absolutely responsible for data losses that you may experience for any reason.

6. RESELLER HOSTING
If you are getting a Reseller hosting account, you are responsible for supporting your own customers. Websoft information technologies will not support the customers of reseller hosting users. If a customer of any of our reseller hosting users contacts us, Websoft information technologies has the right to suspend your account until you deal with your own customer. In addition, our reseller hosting users are responsible for the content of their customers' websites themselves.

Websoft information technologies cannot be held responsible in any way for illegal behavior and contractual behavior of customers of reseller hosting users.

7. VDS/VPS AND SERVER RENTAL
Websoft information technologies reserves the right to reset the password of any vds/vps or rental server service it offers. It is the customer's responsibility to keep a valid e-mail address and root password stored in our system. Vds/vps and leased servers are not backed up by us, all data and data backup are the responsibility of the customer.

8. PROVIDING LEGAL INFORMATION
Websoft information technologies is obliged to provide all the requested information to the legal authorities if necessary. If necessary, this information may be included in your personal information.
