Content Permissions

Websoft IT Services is not obliged to inform its customers about legal changes. The services can only be used within the scope of legal permissions. All of our customers who use our services accept, declare and undertake with this agreement that all the content or applications they publish and/or run comply with the law and do not interfere with or harm the rights and freedoms of other natural or legal persons. It is forbidden to commit copyright or trademark infringement in the services provided by Websoft IT Services. Copyright copying of all kinds of content, such as videos, music, books or photos, whether in the nature of a work or not, which bears the characteristics of the owner, etc. It covers all possible violations of rights. In case of unauthorized publication of the trademark owner's or infringed products, the accounts of customers or legal entities will be terminated when they are officially notified to Websoft IT Services.

* Sites that Promote Illegal Activities

Websoft IT Services has the right to refuse to provide services to any account holder. When a material that you have published is obscene, threatening, illegal or in violation of the service usage agreement in some way, your service will be disabled with or without notice to you.
When an e-mail is received from our abuse unit, you are obliged to respond to the notification received within 24 hours via a support ticket. if a response is not received within 24 hours, the service may need to be suspended or terminated. In addition, in accordance with law No. 5651, court decisions or decisions of the tib (telecommunications communications directorate) regarding restriction of access will be applied by law within 4 hours without any notice, regardless of day or night.
Spam or unsolicited e-mail sent in bulk together with restrictions are strictly not allowed. E-mails sent from members and databases, purchased mailing lists and e-mails sent to them are considered and accepted as spam. The accounts of the customers who perform these activities will be stopped without warning or restricted against sending e-mail, and the service will not be activated again until the spam mail sending is stopped by the customer.
Websoft IT reserves the right to close any service that does not comply with this agreement and to make changes in emergency situations according to its own situation.
It is strictly forbidden to publish content that will cause potential harm to minors, child porn or similar perceived content is evaluated in this category. If child porn is hosted or reported on any site, our customer will be notified of abuse regarding the removal of the content, and the service will be terminated if this happens again. If there is a situation that is outside the knowledge of the service owner, a 24-hour period is given for the removal of the content.
In the face of ddos attacks, mail bomer, flood, ip spoffing and similar types of attacks that may occur on a service, the ip address that is under attack is temporarily temporarily disabled due to the fact that other users who receive services are affected by this situation.
Backup and Data Loss
Our company definitely does not buy backups for vds and dedicated servers. Customers are responsible for storing and maintaining their backups themselves. The backup agreement terms written in our backup agreement will apply for the backup transactions that will be received in return for the fee. Our company is absolutely not responsible for any possible data loss or problem.
Server Installations
The customer can freely choose the operating systems that can be installed on the server during the server order, for example : centos7, windows 10. Our company provides the ordered system by virtualizing the physical server with wmvare esxi and provides the entire physical resource on the server to the server by virtualizing it, unless the customer specifically requests that it not be virtualized. While the physical server is given to the customer physically along with the features written on our website, there is no loss of performance thanks to virtualization, and the server can be transferred to a different server by clone or migrate method with the convenience of virtualization in case of possible hardware failures.
However, if the customer does not want virtualization, the physical server can also be installed without virtualization. ESXI information is also shared with the customer for virtualized servers. Thus, he can see that the server physically belongs to the customer.
Terms and Conditions Related to Technical Support
Technical support requests are accepted only from the automation system and are recorded here. Responses to technical support requests are also sent in response to support requests sent to the automation system in the same way.
Technical support over the phone is definitely not provided. Our customers who have sent a support request can contact us by phone and inform our support team about their support requests that the issue is urgent, or get information about the status of the support request. The solution, details and information of the problem are made via the sent support request.
Websoft IT Services can only support its customers on issues related to their own business. Since the administrator password belongs to the customer, the servers are not managed by Websoft IT Services. The technical support content that Websoft IT Services will provide to the customer is specified in the following articles. Requests outside the scope of technical support contained in the specified items are fulfilled by entering into a service level agreement.
A. The first operating system installation required for the commissioning of the purchased virtual or physical server service is free of charge.
B. Apart from the initial installation on physical servers, a free re-installation is performed once a year, and a fee is charged for installations other than this.
C. The installation of control panel software purchased from Websoft Information Services on the operating system is carried out free of charge.
D. While the use of control panel software purchased from Websoft IT Services is provided by the customer, support for failures that may occur on these panels will be provided by Websoft IT Services. Support for the use of control panel software is not provided by Websoft IT Services./span>
E. The responsibility for failures that may occur in operating systems belongs to the customer, and the necessary actions to ensure that the customer can access the server remotely due to these failures are provided by the Websoft IT Services staff. it should be done by the customer to fix the problems that occur (such as kvm over ip, console access). If requested, operating systems can be restarted in rescue mode on various operating systems.
