Websoft Information Services "www.websoft.com.tr " in accordance with the terms of refund and exchange of the products, services or services purchased via the internet address and the web services usage agreement executed electronically with the final owner of the service, it is bound to the following terms and procedures.

Refund terms
* The fee refund conditions of the products, services or services purchased through our website are as stated below.
• The product whose return is requested can be resold to another consumer with the same quality and quantity.
• The return request has been notified to our company in writing (on paper or digital) by the final owner of the product within 3 calendar days following the purchase.

Non-Refundable Products and Services
The products or services that cannot be returned due to the fact that they cannot be resold to another consumer in the same quality and quantity after the start of the use of the Service or after the return are listed below.

* Domain name (registration, renewal, transfer) services
* Ssl security certificates
* Licenses for products, services and services (All Domain Name licensed software services)
* Web design and coding service
* Credit balance added to the customer account
* Trademark registration procedures
* Special SEO studies

if a refund request is made within 3 days, a refund payment is paid to the bank account number that the customer will notify to our company within 3 to 30 days at the latest.

Each of our users can only request a refund for the first service he received. For example, if there is a service that you have previously received/are receiving from our company, and 2. if you purchase the same service once, the refund guarantee does not apply to this service.
